Another look at Nesta's vital 6% figure: Entrepreneurial and SME job creation in the UK is too concentrated - just look at the US.

  1. If this statistics is to be analyzed by researchers, they would still ask for other data like where this information came from. SME needs to be defined in particular with the amount of investment financially, training and staff for operating. SME may have an increased rate of hiring people or creating jobs because of two reasons, they may be hiring people to start up or outsourcing to cut on expenses.
